My approach combines empathy with challenge. I create spaces where deep trust can develop, because that's where real development happens. Not in the comfortable conversations, but in the moments when someone feels safe enough to examine what's really going on.

Emotional Intelligence and Vertical Development shape how I work. These aren't just buzzwords for me. They're powerful frameworks for building stronger relationships, developing courageous leadership, and creating collaborative cultures that actually function.

I'm curious about how people grow and change. I am currently pursuing my MSc in Personal & Management Coaching at UCC because I believe in practising what I preach about lifelong learning. I also hold accreditations in various psychometric tools—EQ-i, Harthill LDP, and DISC—though I only use them when they add genuine value to someone's developmental journey.

I work with individuals and organisations across Ireland. I'm also privileged to facilitate with Coach Institute of Ireland and partner with Ignite Executive Coaching in Galway and Harmonics in Limerick. These collaborations keep me connected to a broader community of practitioners and ensure I'm always learning from others in the field.

Here's what drives me: I coach because I care. My job isn't to have all the answers or to fix people. It's to help individuals discover what's already within them, gently challenge what's holding them back, and stand alongside them as they step into what's possible.
