Working With Me

EXECUTIVE AND LEADERSHIP COACH BASED IN ENNIS, WORKING ONLINE

The Coaching Process

1.

We always begin with a chemistry call, a conversation to see if we're well-matched and if coaching feels like the right approach for you. There's no obligation, and it gives us both a chance to understand what you're looking for.

2.

If we decide to work together, I'll often use assessment tools to get a clearer picture of your leadership profile. These might include Harthill Leadership Development Profiling (LDP), EQI Emotional Intelligence Leadership, Individual or 360 assessments. But I only use tools when they add value. What matters is understanding you and your specific situation.

3.

From there, we'll set goals collaboratively. Not rigid targets, but a clear sense of what success looks like for you. Our regular sessions will be structured around your needs, whether that's weekly check-ins during intense periods or monthly deeper dives when you want space to reflect.

My Approach

I meet you where you are. That's always been my starting point. There's no point in coaching someone towards a version of leadership that doesn't fit who they are or their context.

My approach is organic and intuitive rather than rigidly model-based. I'll gently challenge your thinking when it's helpful, but always from a place of curiosity rather than judgment. The goal is to create a space where you can think clearly about complex situations.

Everything we discuss is confidential. Leadership can be isolating, and having somewhere to process your thinking without worrying about politics or perception is invaluable.

We can work together in person or via Zoom, depending on what works better for your schedule and preferences. I work with leaders across Ireland, so location isn't a barrier.

The investment depends on what kind of engagement makes sense for you. Some leaders prefer a few intensive sessions, while others benefit from longer-term coaching relationships. We'll discuss this during our chemistry call.
